Our automated quality systems utilize in-die sensors, in-die vision systems, robotics, and PLCs to deliver consistent quality with minimal scrap rates. Products retain the same high tolerances and key characteristics from initial product acceptance through years of production runs. As part of our quality assurance program, on-site testing support is available to customers. Quality audits and SPC per approved quality control plans are conducted per customer specifications to yield higher part quality and provide rapid problem recognition and resolution.
