With this process we can produce a series of double-and triple-acting aerial and slide-action cams to simultaneously perform any number of cutting, blanking, piercing and forming operations on a single stamping press. Our “single-step” operation minimizes process variation and provides the highest assurance of low PPM levels so we meet challenging cost targets while improving precision. We take advantage of each stroke of the press, maximizing material usage to reduce waste.
