Specifications are thoroughly analyzed at the beginning stages to see where we can suggest improvements in material selection, tolerance levels, die configuration and manufacturing processes, so there are no surprises later. We also make recommendations to eliminate machining requirements or replace costly castings and weldments with one-piece stampings. Our ability to design automated processes for complex parts can eliminate labor and provide high quality, cost-effective components.
